First Lesson at the City College on the 14th January 2014
There were 9 Learners on the course. After a quick introduction, we all started the preparation to make the Pakoras (Onion Bhajis) as per recipe on my web site.
It was not long before we started frying/ tasting the Bhajis, every one did so well and were so pleased. Here are some fine examples:
New Indian cooking course
A new Indian cooking course starts on Tuesday 14th January at the City College Peterborough, In the first lesson, I will help learners produce Onion Bhajis, in fact they are called Pakoras, they are great addition to any finger buffet.
At the end of the lesson, I will post some feedback and example of our cooking so watch this space..
