Final week for the Beginners Course 14/10/2014

I am afraid tomorrow is the final session for the Indian Cookery for the beginners course, it will be sad, but also I will be happy knowing all the people on the course really enjoyed themselves as well as produced some great dishes. Tomorrow we are going to concentrate on producing Indian Bread and also how to make perfect rice every time. cooking session 250214 week 5 feast I will be making some dishes tomorrow (see above) so everyone can taste it with their bread and rice. Everyone was very keen for the 4th session of the Indian cookery for the beginners course, most people arrived 20 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Every one was very organised and produced fantastic dishes, which I had the pleasure of tasting. Thank youfor that, here are some examples below:

Looking forward to Week 5 , I am afraid this will be our final week, we will be making Indian bread, special rice and Puris  and having a feast with some of the dishes I will cook in the kitchen.
