Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken breast pieces
- 1 cup yoghurt-low fat
- 2 big onions-chopped fine
- 2 big tomatoes-chopped fine
- 3 garlic cloves-pasted, or finely cut
- 1 inch grated ginger-pasted or finely cut
- 3 tsp coriander powder
- 2 green cardamoms
- 2 cloves
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp cashew and poppy seeds paste
- 3 tbsp sun flower oil
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Few mint, coriander leaves
Method:
- Mix chicken pieces with yoghurt, chopped onion, chopped tomato, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, green cardamoms, cloves, chilli powder, salt, cinnamon stick, pepper powder, cashew and poppy seeds paste.
- Mix this well and marinate for 30 mins.
- Take a sauce pan , heat oil ,add the marinated chicken pieces with the marinade, coconut milk, coconut ,few mint and coriander leaves. Cook this up to 20 mins on medium heat after which sprinkle 1 tsp lemon juice on top.
Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, it now ready to eat
